At 0:35 is that a deleted scene from Inglorious Bastards?
Excellent! Thanks for the information! It certainly enhances the movie when you know these things about it.
Jack Rabbit slim, a song from the 1950's was playing in the background in Reservoir dogs, and was the song that Uma Thurman and John Travolta were dancing to, and won the dance contest with. Rumor has it that they were handed a trophy by the Ed Sullivan look-alike, but it was just for show, and was supposedly, later STOLEN by the two! Ed Sullivan reported it stolen to the police later that night. You can see that when they enter Uma Thurman's house carrying the trophy.
Samuel Jackson and a few others who did not get into Reservoir dogs, got into Pulp Fiction.
The only picture to have profanity was Goodfellas.
I heard that Madsen was John Travolta's brother. There is always some kind of thread or connection from one of Tarantino's movie to another.
That was from the Jack in the Box, which they drove through with the dead body in the trunk. Tarantino thought it was be a cool idea to have the body in the trunk while driving through the drive through, and it worked!
They couldn't use Ballroom Blitz because it was being used in another movie and they couldn't get the rights to the song.
They must be talking about that great song, LITTLE GREEN BAG, by George Baker, which was a misprint that was blamed on the record company. The song is actually was supposed to be called LITTLE GREENBACK, but it still fits, because it could be a LITTLE GREEN BAG filled with LITTLE GREENBACKS!!
Yeah, Amazon is hiring 100000 minimum wage workers they can abuse!
Mr. Pink doesn't survive..no one does. After he leaves during the final scene w/ Mr. White & Mr. Orange you can hear Mr. Pink getting confronted by the cops out side that ends in a lot of gunfire. IMO its Mr. Pink dying in a hail of bullets.
I can’t believe you actually counted the amount of cuss words
Mr Pink didn't survive, he gets shot by the Police.Turn up the sound, you will hear the police shout at him to put the gun down buddy. After which you can hear him get shot multiple times.Fact🤯🤯🤯🤯
No, that's Larry because he's got a gun on Mr. Orange who's actually a cop and they KNOW he's a cop.
I thought the cops shot Mr. Pink outside the warehouse.
Chris Penn was by far the weakest actor on the cast. He’s actually a terrible actor.
Watch the filmAt close range..He was actually a fine actor.
mr pink didn’t survive they all died
There's another Easter egg linking RD to a character in True Romance too...
I can't watch TWENTY-SEVEN things....does it mention that the loot from the heist was the mysterious treasure that Marsellus Wallace sent Julius (Jackson) and Vinnie (Travolta) after?
To everyone saying there was no heist scene in reservoir dogs. Guess what there was indeed a heist scene filmed because i read on some movie forum that a few people saw the jewelry store scene where mr blonde killed people inside the jewelry store.
7:58 #17 "The only female speaking role is in a deleted scene" But-but-but-but- the lady driving the car that Mr. Pink carjacks during his getaway says "Jesus!" as he approaches her car. >_____>
Too much mid-roll spam for a short clip.
Mr. Pink did not survive. The cops were waiting for him when he left the warehouse and blasted him.
Mr Pink NEVER survived !!!
Mr. Pink did NOT survive. The police gunned him down outside.
For me, every movie made before Dogs I label BC or BQ. Tarentino's dialogue ushered in the New Testament.
at least McCluskey ended up as a Rick Dalton movie title.
He also mentions Bonnie(Jimmies wife) in the script when they are trying to find the doctor for mr. Orange.
I want the posters
29. Aaaaand Stuck In The Middle With You is now in McDonalds add. A clear metaphor right there.
They forgot to mention when Mr. Blonde lights his Zippo to set Nash on fire he says, "Have some fire scarecrow," which is a line by the Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz.
Heat is way better than this
The dialogues in this film are straight out savage
Especially the torture scene when Mr. Blonde says, "he's heard it all before" and "are you finished?"
Good Job Pink Floyd 🙄
You gunna bark allday little doggie
Why do i gotta be Mr Pink
Pink did NOT survive.... if you crank up the audio, you hear pink get into a shoot out as he leaves. First there is yelling back and forth, shouting to put it down, shooting, then the police come in, thus indicating that he was shot before they entered.
Each frame of this movies is awesome ...
13:36 faaaaaaaam XD
Pink doesn't survive. He gets shot down by the cops as soon as he runs from the warehouse. It's that last thing you hear.
How did mr brown actually die?
I think it's just from being shot, you don't always die right away, as proven by Mr. Orange, lasting clear till he opens his big mouth.
I for one am glad they cut the only scene with a woman in it purely because it features some fairly atrocious talking-while-eating.
another reason its reservoir dogs: "You gonna keep barking, little doggy, or are ya gonna bite?"
I didn't hear you say anything about Steve Buscemi playing a waiter in Pulp Fiction and him bitching about giving a tip in Reservoir Dogs.
For the Madonna part:*** YOUR mum *** HIS brother***
She said it was about love ❤💋
Madonna didn’t write ‘Like A Virgin’ it’s actually about someone coming into your life and erasing the damage from a prior bad relationship - according to the actual writer.
this is just the trivia from IMDb, making videos is so easy
Thank god steve buscemi got the role of mr pink ....quentin is not a good enough actor by any meens
Back when the movie came out, the rumor was that Tarantino chose the title Reservoir Dogs because the censors wouldn't allow him to use "Damn Sons of Bitches." Lot's better than the video store explanation.
I'd forgotten about Tim Roth being in The Hit. When I saw Reservoir Dogs at the AMC Maple back in '92, the cashier felt the need to warn me "This a violent movie, you know," to which I cheekily replied "Harvey Keitel holding a gun in both hands on the poster; I would hope so." Also, in the theater, I could hear an elderly couple a few seats from me grumbling how "terrible" the movie was. For me, the most memorable scene is Randy Brooks coaching Tim Roth on going undercover and putting himself into the story and he's talking to Roth in the bathroom story he's made up.
Pink didn't survive , in the end you can hear a shoot out
Is Buddy Mr Pink?
@whatculture : You do undertand the difference between 8mm and 16mm camera?
Lawrence Tierney played Elaine's father in one episode of Seinfeld. He was so seriously scary they decided not to make him a recurring character.
your- not you're
How could Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction exist in same universe? Mr. Brown was dead in Reservoir Dogs.
And so did mr. orange, and mr. white...
There was female dialogue, a woman yells some words when Pink is dashing down the pavement with the satchel. 💼
That weinstein fact hasn't aged well 😂
I think The Big Lebowski has the number 1 use of the F word for any movie ever.
Mr pink doesn't survive dude. How can i watch this whole video if you get that part wrong...
maybe pink survived cos he was the only one who was “professional” that word is repeated a lot in the movie especially by him
There's irony, he's the professional, he survives, and he's gonna get the death penalty for killing half a dozen cops.
One of my favorite movies ever
Also the restaurant scene is Pat and Lorraine's. Still there in 2020!
0:13 Johnny's Bar is the yellow and red sign you see on the far left for split second. The sign is gone, but the bar is still there! HLP forever!!!
I'm assuming we all know the Buddy Holly waiter in Jack Rabbit Slims is Steve Buscemi.
One of the most 'boring' movie I've watched !Didn't even finish it because- it was too much talking& not any action.
Did you know that 'Reservoir Dogs' is a re-telling of 'Kansas City Confidential'? One of Philip Carlson's greats.
Mr Pink didn't survive. He got shot by cops after he fled - in the final scene.
Wait a minute. Micheal Madsen shunned hitting the cop-actor, but he had no qualms with putting said actor in the trunk of a car, & elongating the actors time in the trunk by ordering at a taco-bell ????? Looks like he really was, "Mr.Blonde" to me.
To be fair, the cop actor asked him to put him in the trunk to see what it was like.
Destiny turns on the Radio...
I don't think Mr Pink survives at the end you hear cops and a shootout in the background
Everyone of his Films are rip offs!!! Dont Hate. Just watch this movie, RD, bsck in the 70's except they rob train!!!!! I forget the name but every color is someones name, except blonde n pink
Did you know that Michael madsen was suppose to play Vincent Vega in pulp.
You missed the mentioning of Alabama from True Romance by Harvey Keitel.
Another fun fact is that Reservoir Dogs is the only Tarantino movie to be turned into a video game
So when Mr. Pink leaves if you listen you can hear him get into a fire fight with the police. So everyone dies in the movie. And Mr. White is in Pulp Fiction as another Easter egg.
I don't wanna see no reservoir dogs!!! 😁
27 things I already knew about Reservoir Dogs
Best part of the movie? no female roles!
Me too not to upset feminazis but female protagonists are overrated
Have to agree.
I’m sure you hear me pink get shot at the end when he leaves the building
Another fact: In the 50s Lawrence tierney and Eddie Bunker once had a fight but when they started filming, Lawrence didn’t remember who he was or what happened
11:17 I didn't know that my favorite TARANTINO movie was a rip-off of a several years earlier Hong Kong film.
She never denied it...
Bro, my mom's cow flap is looking fucking *tough* if you were balls deep in that, I'd just feel bad for you.
The greatest robbery of film os double v vega
"I'm just a coffee shop...!"
"Well execute him!"
"Reservoir Dogs" really isn't a complicated title. A reservoir is a just a body of water, a substance humans sustain themselves on (like an allegory for money in capitalist society) and these men are fighting over scraps (the diamonds, the object that will obtain this for them) like dogs for the entire film.
Look for 15:01 you'll see the boom microphone reflected on the car window....But who cares, it is a good movie.
Daaaamn I would want a Mr Blonde and Vincent Vega movie wth
Regarding Madonnas song conversations, guys do talk shit like that
But what was in the briefcase..?
I'd rather an American movie be discussed by an American
Fun factoid madsen gave his Cadillac to Quentin when the movie was done shooting then 20 years later Quentin gav it back! I wonder we’re it is now probably one of madsens sons crashed it or Somthing but I bet u could sell it at auction for a good price as the car that mr blind drove?
i love Tarantino's style and skill and movie knowledge, but there is something so off-putting about his personality... its like hes aggressively dorky. I would be uncomfortable being around him for any length of time. He's so fricking fidgety too and he laughs at his own unfunny comments so often. I feel bad for his actors
*RESERVOIR DOGS WAS THE GREATEST MOVIE QUENTIN TARANTINO EVER MADE .*
@GLOCK NINETEEN I'm not trying to change your mind. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. If we all had the same views the world would be fucking boring. We both love both films, but just differ as to which one we think is better.
@Break Freak *I'M NOT SAYING THAT I HATE PULP FICTION . I LOVE PULP FICTION . IT'S JUST MY OPINION THAT RESERVOIR DOGS IS 50% BETTER BECAUSE THE DIALOGUE IS WAY BETTER . THAT'S MY OPINION AND YOU'RE NOT GONNA CHANGE MY MIND .*
@GLOCK NINETEEN The fact that RD paved the way for Pulp doesn't make it the better film. Nor does the fact that the non linear story telling used was a blueprint for Pulp. While RD is a great film, Pulp is better and a much more accomplished film, hence the justified acclaim for it. For me it's the 2nd best film ever, just pipped to the number one spot by Goodfellas.
GLOCK NINETEEN STOP YELLING.
@NoSoMuSk *IF RESERVOIR DOGS DIDN'T EXIST , THERE WOULD BE NO PULP FICTION . RESERVOIR DOGS WAS THE BLUEPRINT FOR PULP FICTION . THEY'RE BOTH MADE THE SAME WAY , WITH THE OUT OF ORDER SCREENPLAY . RESERVOIR DOGS WAS BRILLIANT .*
Okay, kudos I didn't know half of what you set out here
